Pourquoi faire du sport?

 

Mise à part le faite que le sport est bon pour la santé et qu'il permet le maintien d'une certaine condition physique,néanmoins il est important de préciser que le sport permet avant tout de se détendre et d'évacuer son stresse!

Personnellement,je n'ai jamais été une grande sportive(juste quelques années de danse classique depuis l'école primaire jusqu'au collège)et puis finallement pour des raisons professionnelles,je m'y suis remise et là ça a été le déclic pour moi,j'y ai pris gout et maintenant,je ne pourrais plus m'en passer.Donc maintenant c'est footing tout les soirs,du dimanche soir au jeudi soir et c'est excellent!!!

Pour conclure,je tiens à dire que tout le monde peut pratiquer un sport(sauf cas unique bien évidemment) et qu'il faut avant tout choisir un sport qui vous plaise, peut importe lequel(le choix est vaste),et pour ne pas vous dégoutez,allez y crescendo sinon vous ne voudrez plus jamais retenter l'expérience"SPORT"
